What we collect

When you join the waiting list we collect: first name, last name, email address, current role, current level, country, area of interest, and — optionally — your answer to "what's the one thing you'd most like to learn about set-pieces". The Contact page's enquiry form is a front-end prototype only at this stage and does not yet submit anywhere.

Why we collect it

To send launch information about Set-Piece Academy and the programmes you've selected, and — only if you tick the separate marketing checkbox — ongoing news, education content and offers by email.

Who processes it

Waiting-list submissions are processed and stored using HubSpot, a CRM and marketing platform, which sends the automated confirmation email and stores your details for the launch-information mailing described above.
